Engledow may be an institution in Central Indiana today, but 80 years ago it was a small business trying to get off the ground. Luckily, our founder B.T. Engledow was an ambitious man—and it didn’t take him long to land his first big client: the Eagle Crest Forest Preserve.
Today, it’s better known as Eagle Creek Park. But in those days, it was mostly farmland. B.T. and his crew planted thousands of trees in the area over the course of several decades, and the result is one of the most beautiful outdoor attractions in Central Indiana.
