This position is responsible for the installation of landscapes at Engledow Estates residential properties. This includes working with both the Director of Design and Field Superintendent to complete the necessary tasks, delegating tasks to crew members, while completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner. Duties include communicating with the client and design/sales team as needed, job site cleanup, and trash removal. The nature of this position will require maintenance services support at times throughout the year from this position, including snow removal in the winter. Engledow Group standardized levels of quality and safety standards are to be met at each client location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead crew members in work through positive example and training
· Safety is paramount. This position is expected to assist the Field Superintendent with on-going Safety Training/meetings/requirements for his or herself, and to properly train crew members to perform job functions in a safe manner.
· Lead by example, performing in a professional, safe and efficient manner
· Install landscapes/hardscapes/low voltage lighting according to plans, transporting materials to job site, removing existing landscapes if necessary
· Understand the client needs in regard to installation of landscape
· Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly, safely and accurately
· Ensure crews have items needed to complete the work and oversee equipment use
· Complete necessary paperwork and computer data entry required for payroll, billing and inventory control
· Attend necessary meetings to discuss goals and needs
· Enforce Human Resources policies as they apply to crew members—tracking attendance, reviews, discipline meetings, etc.
· Maintain Engledow safety and driving standards
· Participation on a designated team executing snow removal during the winter months
I. JOB SUMMARY:
Deliver outstanding customer service, as defined by the customer and account managers regarding chemical applications. Responsible for the application of pesticides within residential or business areas to lawns, ornamental trees and shrubs, park areas, and other recreational areas. Responsibilities may include snow removal services in the winter season.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Delivering chemical applications according to Engledow quality standards.
2. Contribute to and support others in establishing a positive work environment by tackling issues and maintaining honest, meaningful dialogue.
3. Maintain steady communication with Chemical Application Team. Make recommendations for chemical applications.
4. Strive with others for the efficient utilization of resources and coordination of activities on clients' sites.
5. Keep current with new chemical regulations and OSHA standards in regard to chemicals. Follow all laws, regulations and certification requirements.
6. Complete necessary paperwork for notification to client at time of service.
7. Complete necessary time sheet entry and tracking of materials for billing purposes.
8. Provide input and direction for departmental growth and development through participation in team and planning meetings.
9. Provide assigned winter services per the instruction of the Snow Captain and/or Winter Services Manager.

Support, schedule, lead and work with your team members to accomplish work in a timely and cost-effective manner, while completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner. Providing snow removal duties in the winter. Build excellent client relationships, improving profitability for the Organization, and manage the contract renewals annually. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand and execute the needs of each individual Estates client contract, along with being the first point of contact/communication for that set of assigned Estates clients.
2. Responsible for scheduling and delivering horticultural services according to Engledow quality and safety standards.
3. Lead team members through positive example of work quality, addressing issues, and maintaining efficiency.
4. Maintain steady and effective communication with customers, make recommendations for site improvements, and keep them abreast of developments on their sites.
5. Conduct regular site inspections as support for Supervisors and in order to deliver contracted services.
6. Perform contract negotiation (annually) for your assigned Estates client group.
7. Train team members and consistently lead by example
8. Oversee equipment use so as to maximize life and minimize repairs.
9. Enter hours/time accurately into Boss and assist crew with their time sheets.
10. Keep current with horticultural and industry knowledge.

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems at Engledow commercial clients’ properties. Maintenance and repair includes but is not limited to: repairing damaged irrigation systems, spring start up and winterization of systems, problem solving and recommendations for resolving client needs. Responsibilities will include snow removal and/or salting in the winter season.

· Perform spring start-ups and winterizations of assigned irrigation clients
· Repair damaged systems as requested by clients

· Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork for billing and time sheets

· Maintain inventories of existing irrigation supplies
· Attend necessary meetings to discuss goals and needs
· Maintain Engledow driving standards
· Provide winter services per the instruction of the Winter Services Manager and/or Snow Captain.
This position is responsible for enhancements and installations on Engledow clients’ properties. This includes working with/supervising a team to complete the necessary tasks. Installations include but is not limited to: planting, tree removal, grading, turf repair, rock and mulch installation, landscape demo and rejuvenation, drainage repair and installation, snow removal in the winter season, property cleanup and debris removal, minor hardscape repair, and heavy equipment operating.

Engledow Group is currently hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members for all 4 of our locations! (Carmel, Indy NW, Indy SS and Columbus, IN)
This position is responsible for the maintenance of Engledow clients' properties. This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks of watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, pruning, snow and trash removal, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
