JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the maintenance of Engledow client properties. This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks. Position includes but is not limited to: watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, pruning, snow removal in winter season and trash removal, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Provide maintenance services to Engledow customers in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards. 


Engledow Group standardized levels of safety and quality are to be met at each client location. Includes snow removal services in the winter season.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist team and Supervisor in the coordination and implementation of contracts.

· Oversee equipment use to maximize life and minimize repairs.

· Maintain properties including watering, mulching, weeding, planting, pruning, trimming

· Snow removal services in winter season, along with trash removal on specific sites

· Communicate equipment needs and issues to Supervisor using appropriate paperwork.

· Understand the needs of each client site.

· Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly and with the highest level of quality.

· Attend various meetings as requested

· Participate in tailgate safety sessions.

· Assist in snow removal and help other divisions when required.

· Communicate issues or safety hazards to Supervisor
