Litchfield Landscape joins the 2013 Indianapolis Home Show

For years, the Indianapolis Home Show at the Indiana Fairgrounds has been one of the top home design and architecture shows in the country. Recently, it expanded its scope to include outdoor landscaping and gardening—so it only made sense for Litchfield Landscape to throw its hat into the ring.

The Litchfield team has extensive experience with local home and garden shows, but this year marks the first time they’ll be involved with the Indianapolis Home Show. It’s a great opportunity, and it gives Litchfield a chance to gain more exposure while showing off its unique brand of innovative home garden arrangements.

In preparation for the event, Litchfield has built a one-of-a-kind display that is bound to steal the show: a large circular garden with each quarter devoted to one of the four seasons. The goal is to educate homeowners on how a garden can evolve—and stay vibrant and beautiful—throughout the entire year. And it’s much more than Boxwoods and Daffodils. You’ll likely be blown away by Litchfield’s elaborate and stunning arrangements.

But the seasonal garden isn’t the only element of Litchfield’s area. It will also feature an edible garden, showcasing the rich variety of edible plants suitable for the dynamic Indiana climate. These include fruit trees, blueberries, raspberries, and other edible plants you may have never considered adding to your own home garden. And the expert horticulturalists at Litchfield will teach you things you likely never knew. For example: did you know it’s possible to have six different varieties of apples on just one tree?

If you’d like to check out Litchfield’s display at this year’s Indianapolis Home Show, they’ll be easy to find. Just head to the West Pavilion and look for the ram-shaped topiary Evergreen tree in the edible garden. That will lead you to the center garden. And if you want to see even more of what Litchfield has to offer, be sure to check out their state-of-the-art, 16-acre plant nursery located at 505 West 186th Street in Westfield, Indiana.

Finally, if you’d like to learn more about how to add vibrancy, character, and distinctiveness to your home garden year-round, just stop by and talk to the experts from Litchfield Landscape at the 2013 Indiana Home Show (January 25th—February 3rd). You might just be surprised at how much you’ll learn.
